Here at Natasha Marie Clothing, we want to make sure you are always completely satisfied with your purchases, which is why we have implemented a very fair and simple returns & exchanges policy.


Returns for exchange, credit note or refund are accepted for incorrectly selected items, change of mind, wrong size etc.

Our returns policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we have not received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
If you are concerned about your item not getting to us within the 30 days, for instance if you live overseas and the item has been delayed in shipment, please contact Customer Service to let them know.

  • If your order arrives damaged or not as described please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will gladly rectify the issue.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

  • Any items received in an unsatisfactory state, customer damaged, altered or soiled (including pet hair or perfumes) will not be accepted.

  • Please note that shipping costs are not refundable and orders that utilize free shipping will have our current flat rate shipping cost deducted from the refundable amount if your remaining order total no longer meets the free shipping promotion threshold.

  • We can not accept returns of Lingerie, Cosmetics, Face Masks and Earrings for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returned must be unworn with original hygienic liners attached.
  • We can not refund Gift Cards.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A printed order confirmation with a note on how you would like to proceed with the return is always helpful in speeding up the return process.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping for returns or exchanges

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Natasha Marie Clothing, PO Box 939, Penrith BC, NSW 2751

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please select carefully.

  • If you have opted for an exchange rather than a store credit, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to you. This will invoiced to you at our current shipping flat rate. We can not ship your exchange until this has been paid.
  • If you are shipping a valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we don't wan't you to lose your item!
